Effective March 22nd, 2020

Please Read Carefully Before Using This Website:

Welcome to the website (the “Site”) of Zero2Webmaster LLC. ( “Zero2Webmaster”, “Z2W”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”). This Site is operated by Z2W and has been created to provide information about our nonprofit corporation and its content platform and related services (together with the Site, the “Service(s)”) to our Service visitors (“you”, “your”). This Privacy Policy sets forth Z2W’s policy with respect to information including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information that is collected from visitors to and users of the Site and Services. We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Our Use of Your Personal Data and Other Information

Z2W does not and will not sell or rent to any third party your personal information or the data you provide to us. Primarily, we use personal data to deliver you services related to Z2W and provide you an enhanced experience. We may use personal data to provide you with predictions about Z2W or other environmental/educational programs and offerings you may be interested in. If we intend to use your personal data in a way we have not mentioned, we will let you know when we collect that information. Sometimes we aggregate user data anonymously to understand our customer base better.

Z2W uses the Personal Data you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data for a certain reason, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact us by email, we will use the Personal Data you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem. Also, if you provide Personal Data in order to obtain access to the Z2W Services, we will use your Personal Data to provide you with access to such services and to monitor your use of such services. We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information via our third-party payment processors Stripe and Paypal; arranging for shipping; and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). We may maintain your Order Information and Personal Data unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident note that we may process your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and/or the United States.

Z2W and its subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Z2W Related Companies”) may also use your Personal Data and other personally non-identifiable information collected through the Services to help us improve the content and functionality of the Services, to better understand our users and to improve the Z2W Services. Z2W and its affiliates may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you. If we do so, newsletters we send you will contain instructions permitting you to “opt-out” of receiving future communications. In addition, if at any time you wish not to receive any future communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, please contact us using our contact info below.

If Z2W intends on using any Personal Data in any manner that is not consistent with this Privacy Policy, you will be informed of such anticipated use prior to or at the time at which the Personal Data is collected.

Z2W is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:

If we sell or merge the corporation, personal data may be included in the transfer. As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.

We may also share your Personal Data with our Related Companies for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. If we work with partners or contractors, they may have limited access to your personal data but only so much to do their job.

Z2W, like many nonprofits and businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include postal services, maintaining databases and processing payments. When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function.
